About the role
We are looking for Portfolio manager to manager paylater portfolio within Transactional Credit vertical of PayU Finance. This would include management of both in house paylater brand - Lazypay and merchant partnership whitelabel paylater programs.
What you'll do
- Portfolio Management & Growth
- Own engagement, activation and spends metrics across Lazypay BNPL and other whitelabel programs; build cohort
- Design and run programs to lift transacting user %, frequency and ticket size – offers, limit management, category unlocks, nudges and lifecycle campaigns
- Track program-level P&L drivers and figure out initiatives to drive profitability
- Partner with Risk, Collections, Product and the merchant-facing teams to balance growth with portfolio quality
