About the role
We are looking for a high-caliber 2–4 year professional to join the Chief of Staff Office supporting the Product organization. The role will work closely with the CPO and Product leadership team to drive execution of strategic priorities, manage critical cross-functional programs, create operating rigor and solve high-priority business/product problems.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end execution of critical Product programs and strategic initiatives; translate priorities into objectives, milestones, owners, dependencies and outcomes
- Drive independent projects with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Business, Operations, Risk, Finance and other functions
- Identify where program/ projects are stuck, bring the right stakeholders together, run the meetings effectively, and drive resolution
- Can influence the group to dive deep into topics and summarise action items into clear communications
- Support CPO/Product leadership reviews, business reviews and strategic planning; prepare concise, insight-led leadership updates and decision materials
