In India, PayU serves more than 4,50,000+ merchants with over 100+ payment methods and is the preferred payment partner for e-commerce merchants, including all leading e- commerce companies and a majority of airline businesses. You’ll proactively monitor and measure program effectiveness, recommend improvements based on analysis and market benchmarks, and serve as a subject-matter expert on market best practices.
What you'll do
- Design and execute strategic reward programs (Sales Incentive, Benefits, Variable Plans) aligned with company strategy
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of current reward programs; recommend actions based on data and market trends
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on rewards, with a strong understanding of market best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to facilitate alignment and delivery of reward programs
- Deep expertise in Total Rewards
