What you'll do
- Work independently to manage, resolve, and close support tickets within defined SLA timelines
- Lead PPM support delivery for assigned clients, conduct regular status meetings, and provide timely updates on ticket progress and resolutions
- Perform quarterly release validation testing, evaluate new product features, and maintain relevant system documentation
- Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Project Portfolio Management modules in alignment with business processes and industry best practices
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues
