What you'll do
- Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Perform root cause analysis using process mining techniques to uncover hidden issues and risks
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present insights effectively to stakeholders. Process Optimization and Strategy
- Collaborate with business units to design and recommend optimized workflows based on data-driven insights
- Identify and prioritize key process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives
