About the role
The offered CTC will be determined based on the candidate's past experience, previous employment history, and the current market standards.
What you'll do
- Collect documents from Tahsildar office and Sub-Registrar Office and arranging landowners for GPOA registrations
- Make all the necessary documents (11 E sketch, Blueprint, reports from Taluka office, 109 process) and ready to move for conversion of the land to nonagricultural
- Solve the local issues in the best possible way (negotiation, filing case on behalf of company, with intervention & help of police department) i.e.
- Appraising the same to immediate Manager and concerned Area Manager
- Arrange for No objection certificates like KEB, Health NOC required for conversion in Taluka office, Gram-Panchayats etc and in close co-ordination with land facilitator
