Senior Product Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy for administrator experience of the Engagement Hub — the tools our clients use every day to run mentorship, community, and engagement programs.

What you'll do

• Own the admin experience roadmap for the Engagement Hub: Discovery through delivery, balancing client commitments, strategic bets, and engineering capacity
• Build and maintain focus-area roadmaps, prioritizing work based on user value, company strategy, and measurable outcomes
• Become the product expert for assigned product areas by understanding workflows, user behavior, technical considerations, and business impact
• Resolve persistent platform admin pain-points: identify the workflows that cost admins the most time, quantify them
• Build agents to automate and simplify the workflows
