About the role
Overview This position is responsible for working closely with Business, Functional, and IT teams on various IDOC message types related to Supply Chain operations. The role involves monitoring, resolving, and managing IDOC issues related to Master Data, Order to Cash (OTC) flow, and Sales & Distribution processes to ensure smooth system operations and minimal business disruption.
What you'll do
- This individual will work closely with field business users and IT support teams to understand needs of the organization and in turn develop/deliver innovative tools
- Work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams supporting the SAP Hana solution and designing, testing new robust SAP functionality
- Gather, analyze and streamline business processes to deliver efficiency to the FLNA Supply Chain
- Develop and execute analytical tools, using Excel and Access, which business teams will then use to achieve performance objectives
- Support user acceptance testing for new FLNA project and system enhancements
