About the role
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teamcenter Development Lead to spearhead custom development, configuration, and support activities across all PLM modules relevant to the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality Teamcenter solutions, specific to the CPG template
- Oversee custom development, configuration, and support across PLM modules including ILM, BOM, Formula Management, Workflows, Active Workspace (AWC), and ERP integrations
- Ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards throughout the PLM transformation journey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and ERP teams
- Manage workload distribution, performance tracking, and delivery timelines for the development team
