About the role
Overview The position will take care of the lab’s Quality control, FG and RM approvals, lab documentations, proficiency, productivity, complainces on GLP, Continual improvements. The Position is a key role in concentrate operations at site. The position is vital in review and implement the Product Quality testings, approavls and executing the policies and guidelines issued from SC.
What you'll do
- Overall responsible for lab operations (Micro/Sensory/Analytical) as laid down SOPs To maintain 100 % compliance to all QPP, TM, SOP
- Ensure analysis of concentrate as per required specified quality standards & Monitor quality KPI s To co-ordinate with production
- Ensure and maintain lab hygiene, housekeeping, sanitation and GLP standards
- Ensure implementation of all Quality procedures and SOP s issued from the SC Quality Group
- Lead the Non Conformance Programme & Lead site Trackwise Compliance to Proficiency programme/Water programme/external analysis Liaison with external parties on matters…
