About the role
Partnering with internal stakeholders across category & market within EMEA Procurement, legal and suppliers to enable efficient, value-driven, and compliant sourcing across the EMEA region.
What you'll do
- Lead 7-Step Sourcing Process under the supervision and final alignment of EMEA Procurement team and deliver YoY productivity, AOP savings
- Own strategic sourcing process: from stakeholder intake, market scan, Sourcing strategy, RFx setup, analysis and execution to contract negotiation
- Also handle contract management scope
- Identify & address whitespaces for assigned geographies &/or categories – with complete ownership from spend analysis to RFP & Contracting scope
- Drive innovation & continuous improvement initiatives across the projects and subcategories assigned Conduct supplier selection, negotiations
