This role also provides a high level of customer service to all employees for general payroll queries.
What you'll do
- Ensure allocated Payrolls are processed on time and in an accurate manner, ensuring compliance with the relevant Payroll Processing Schedule and Task List
- Act as an in-house SME/Super User of Kronos and support payroll/HR teams on ad-hoc queries and issue resolution
- Act as in-house SME/Super User of Affinity
- Be heavily involved in creation and testing of new pay elements, upskilling of other team members and development of more efficient processes
- Updating and maintaining the employee master file and leave entitlements in Affinity in accordance with legislation and written instructions received by Human Resources
