About the role
As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design and implement automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Automate approvals, notifications, escalations, and fulfillment processes
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog offerings
