About the role
To lead the organisation's legal function, providing strategic and commercially pragmatic counsel across corporate, commercial, regulatory, contractual, litigation and compliance matters. The role will partner closely with the MD, Promoters and senior leadership to proactively manage legal risks, strengthen governance and enable business growth.

- Ensure pharma, regulatory, corporate and statutory compliance
- Oversee litigation, disputes and external legal counsel
