What you'll do
- Drive business growth through acquisition of new customers and expansion of the group loans portfolio
- Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for loan disbursement, portfolio outstanding, customer acquisition, and branch productivity
- Identify untapped markets and recommend expansion opportunities
- Ensure portfolio quality is maintained within defined risk parameters by monitoring PAR, delinquency, overdue accounts, and collection efficiency
