About the role
Developing, facilitating, evaluating Citco's in-house training programs and initiatives. This involves also working closely with business leaders and staff. Developing best practice learning materials and delivery using multiple sources (classroom, virtual classrooms, eLearning, SME-led, procedures documents, job-shadowing, etc.) which are aligned with the learning objectives and support the transfer of learning.
What you'll do

- Collaborating with training counterparts by attending global training team meetings and participating in global T&D initiatives and projects
