APAC Badging Manager

The APAC Badging Manager plans, initiates, oversees and scales badging, physical identity, and access control programs at the regional and sub-regional level.

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the ACS Leadership Team and Regional Security Managers, enabling operational excellence in badging and access control
• Act as the regional liaison to the Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO), ensuring alignment on all policies, standards, procedures, and program initiatives
• Apply and embed global best practices across APAC badging operations, adapting them to local requirements while maintaining compliance with the Corporate Global Badge…
• Lead strategic improvement projects and regional change management initiatives to enhance security controls, badging processes, and team capabilities
• Own operational reporting through regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement through metrics including SLA performance, badge processing volumes, audit outcomes
