About the role
To do this, we provide enterprise risk management services and programs specifically designed for each client. Bonded together, we share a commitment to integrity, vigilance, and excellence. The GSOC Operator, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s largest global clients, will lead the day to day activities assigned by the Supervisors induringssigned shifts within the client's centre.
What you'll do
- Complete email communications regarding alarms as the process dictates
- Receive proper shift handing and taking over of pending alarms action list
- Manage alarms, ascertain the priority, and dispatch accordingly
- Acknowledge alarm priorities as noted within the SLA
- Update tickets received (Trouble Ticket), assign based on the concern, and complete follow up/closure
