The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer will focusing on support and governance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including process workflows, configuration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and integration setups
- Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, addressing user inquiries, resolving technical issues, and minimizing downtime
- Provide hypercare coverage post-go-live to ensure smooth adoption and address any issues promptly
- Assist in the deployment and stabilization of new implementations or updates
- Support new feature deployments and updates by validating configurations and identifying potential risks
