What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with village leaders, local influencers, community representatives, panchayat members, farmer groups, and other stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve community concerns that may impact project execution or operations
- Support land acquisition, RoW management, and stakeholder engagement efforts through continuous community outreach
- Build goodwill and trust within local communities to ensure long-term project acceptance and support
- Conduct periodic security, social, and operational risk assessments across project and operational sites
