About the role

The SSI leads shift operations, ensures compliance, supervises guards, executes SOPs, responds to incidents, and maintains documentation and shift reporting discipline.
What you'll do
- Plan duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation based on site requirements
- Conduct regular briefings, training, and refreshers on security protocols
- Ensure guards follow SOPs, grooming standards, and operational discipline
- Ensure proper issuance of access cards, ID badges, and visitor passes
- Maintain accurate records of all entries, visitor logs, and vehicle movements
