The Shift Security Incharge leads shift operations, ensures compliance, supervises guards, executes SOPs, responds to incidents, and maintains documentation and shift reporting discipline.

What you'll do

• Plan duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation based on site Conduct regular briefings, training, and refreshers on security protocols
• Ensure guards follow SOPs, grooming standards, and operational discipline
• Ensure proper issuance of access cards, ID badges, and visitor passes
• Maintain accurate records of all entries, visitor logs, and vehicle Ensure security guards follow access procedures strictly
• Maintain stock of asset logs and daily outbound/inbound registers
