What you'll do
- P&L ownership and reporting P&L ownership. Own the India & Far East P&L number and report it to the Head of Finance on the Group calendar
- Close. Lead the monthly, quarterly and year-end close, delivering entity financial packs to the Group reporting calendar
- Reporting and MIS. Prepare the region's Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow and Statement of Equity, and the monthly MIS pack for the Head of Finance and Group CFO
- One version of the truth. Act as an independent source of financial truth, cross-checking with the wider finance function and the Commercial Control Centre
- Books, controls and compliance General ledger. Maintain the general ledger and balance sheet for all entities in scope, with every account reconciled and substantiated
