About the role

ApprenticeEnsure smooth execution of Onboarding and Background Verification (BGV) processes, including transaction handling and administrative tasks, leveraging standard technologies and processes. employment data and records meticulously while generating relevant reports as needed. Continuously identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and align with defined turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Perform the transactions and manage the administrative aspects and back-end support for Onboarding and BGV processes
• Provide related data and reports
• Identify and implement process improvements based on experience and process objectives
• Ensure process performance is in line with pre-defined TAT and Quality parameters Provide data required by other stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters
