About the role
Deputy Manager - Accounts PayableThe Deputy Manager – Domestic Payments is responsible for managing end-to-end domestic payment operations for vendor and employee reimbursements through SAP S/4HANA. The role ensures timely and accurate payment processing, compliance with statutory and company policies, effective stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end domestic payment processing for vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, advances, and other business-related payments through SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure all payments are processed accurately within defined turnaround times and in accordance with company policies
- Review and approve payment proposals, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls
- Coordinate payment runs through banking portals and monitor successful payment execution
- Handle urgent, ad hoc, and high-value payments while ensuring appropriate approvals
