About the role
BE chemical with 4 to 5 years DCS and field experience. . Experience from industry like specialty chemicals having experience in handling of hazardous chemicals like HF, Chlorine, Bromine, HCl etc. DCS exp is essential Co-ordination with maintenance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and stores/Warehouse functions to ensure compliance to the committed Plan.
What you'll do
- Achieving the targeted production in each shift
- Meeting all the delivery schedules for the products as committed in the Plan
- Review of GMP documents like BMR, deviation reports, SOP etc without taking much time.Coordination for product dispatch.Issuance of BMR, BPR and ECR
- Coordinate with production team during the pre-validation batches and validation batches of new product and technology transfer from lab scale to plant
- Training the plant personnel on critical steps of new process
