About the role
Manger - E CommerceWe are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic e-commerce accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart / Nykaa / Quick Commerce. The role will own revenue, profitability, availability, visibility and overall account performance, while building strong relationships with key platform stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Own monthly and annual sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned e-commerce accounts
- Develop and execute Annual Business Plans / Joint Business Plans with key accounts
- Build strong relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa / quick commerce partners
- Drive assortment expansion, new product launches, pricing, promotions and online visibility
- Ensure strong product availability, catalogue hygiene, fill rates and order fulfilment across portals
