Senior Executive-Supply Chain

About the role

The primary responsibility is end-to-end procurement of direct materials, ensuring competitive cost, timely material availability and supply continuity. The role will also provide site-level support to the HO Category team for indirect material procurement. Procure direct materials, inventory requirements and bulk solvents.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete PR-to-PO cycle for direct materials, including RFQs, quotation evaluation, QCS and SAP PO processing
• Handle direct material sourcing, vendor development, negotiation and commercial finalization
• Develop alternate sources to improve cost, lead time and supply reliability
• Track open POs and ensure OTIF/OTD through effective vendor follow-up
• Coordinate with R&D/users, GBSS, Warehouse, Commercial/SEZ, Logistics and Finance for timely delivery, GRN and payment closure
