What you'll do
- As an Invoicing Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing global Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) invoice processing activities, including invoice intake
- Ensure that invoices are handled efficiently, accurately and in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and Service Level Agreements
- Also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve invoice-related issues and support continuous process improvements
- This position offers a fixed-term contract
- Execute P2P invoice processing activities, including mail processing, invoice intake management, scanning, data entry, completeness and accuracy checks
