About the role
You will work in a global, collaborative team, owning CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation to keep deployments fast and systems reliable .
What you'll do
- Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) on AWS EC2, including server builds, configuration, hardening, patching
- Manage IIS-hosted applications and Windows services: sites, application pools, bindings, certificates, scheduled tasks, and service accounts
- Support Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy for domain-joined servers, including access, permissions (NTFS and share), and authentication issues
- Patch and maintain Windows fleets using AWS Systems Manager (Patch Manager, Run Command) or WSUS, with safe rollout, validation, and rollback practices
- Diagnose Windows performance and stability issues using Event Viewer, Performance Monitor, and PowerShell (CPU, memory, disk, network, services, and application errors)
