About the role
We're looking for a Product Value Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Product Strategy & Customer Insight
- Lead customer discovery, executive briefings, workshops, product deep dives, and advisory conversations, client demos to understand business objectives, workflows
- Translate customer and market needs into use cases, value hypotheses, product requirements, roadmap inputs, and prioritization recommendations
- Translate field friction and deployment learnings into actionable product requirements and scalable best practices that strengthen Retain's market position
- Identify recurring market needs, competitive gaps, and product & services opportunities while separating scalable opportunities from one-off requests
