Operations Executive

About the role

Having started Plum Personal, we understood that policy placement and issuance is a lot more nuanced than what we thought initially. While we’ve built the initial processes, we need someone who’s passionate about building better processes and insurance partnerships with our partners.

What you'll do

• Coordinate across insurer teams and internal stakeholders to ensure faster movement of cases and timely issuance
• Collaborate with insurers to design faster, more reliable, and scalable issuance workflows
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across quoting, documentation, and policy issuance
• Build strong working relationships with insurer partners to ensure alignment and speed in execution
• Work closely with internal teams (product, ops, and tech) to automate and improve existing processes
