About the role
This is an opportunity to go beyond designing screens and flows. You'll help define what the product should be, understand the problems worth solving, experiment with ideas, and bring entirely new experiences to life. You'll work closely with a small, cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, with the autonomy to influence product direction, shape its identity, and see your ideas move from concept to launch.
What you'll do
- Decide what the product is, not just how it looks
- Be a thought partner to a small team across Product, Engineering, and Business
- Take a hunch on Monday to a working prototype in front of users by Friday
- Shape the voice, feel, and identity of a brand that doesn't exist yet
- Be willing to kill your own ideas when the evidence points elsewhere, and defend them when it doesn't
