Program Manager – Data & Operations

About the role

We're looking for a Program Manager who can work with data, improve processes, and drive projects from planning to execution. The role involves analyzing business performance, building reports, improving data workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation. You'll also work closely with teams across Account Management, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to manage projects, solve operational challenges, and ensure things get done on time.

What you'll do

• Analyze business performance and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers to support business decisions
• Maintain data accuracy across Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and other systems
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and build automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Own projects end to end, including planning, stakeholder coordination, execution, and closure
