About the role
The Solar PV Installer Helper will assist the Solar PV Installation Team in the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of rooftop solar PV systems under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
What you'll do
- Assist in the installation and mounting of solar PV modules
- Support installation of mounting structures, cables, connectors, and other components
- Assist technicians during DC/AC wiring and inverter installation
- Carry, handle, and organize solar panels, tools, and installation materials safely
