What you'll do
- Serve as the primary application support partner for Payroll and HR, providing expert support across compensation, benefits, absence, time tracking, and Workday Payroll
- Execute ongoing system configuration changes, such as business processes, foundational data, and security model updates
- Architect and design end‑to‑end solutions that include Workday configuration, integrations, and downstream system impacts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and configure, test, and deploy changes into production
- Maintain and develop Workday documentation, including standard operating procedures, quick reference guides, technical design documentation, and training materials
