About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - HR who can support the Senior HR team in managing day-to-day HR activities. The role will involve a mix of HR Operations, onboarding, induction, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations and management of off-roll employees .
What you'll do
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities and induction
- Handle day-to-day HR Operations and employee queries
- Maintain employee records and update employee information in the HRMS
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, LOP, new joiners, exits, salary changes, etc
- Coordinate and monitor PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable statutory compliances
