Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller who can take complete ownership of the organisation's finance and accounts function. The person will be responsible for maintaining financial discipline, ensuring timely accounting and reporting, managing cash flow, strengthening internal controls and supporting the management team with meaningful financial insights.

What you'll do

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day finance and accounting activities
• Ensure books of accounts are maintained accurately and closed within the agreed timelines
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, provisions, ledgers and financial statements
• Ensure proper accounting practices and financial controls are followed
• Establish and improve finance-related SOPs and approval processes
