About the role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the setup, management, and optimization of Pointo Hub’s. This role includes managing end-to-end operations, ensuring efficient store setup, optimizing supply chain processes, and driving profitability through effective P&L management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations within the retail or e-commerce sector, with specific experience in dark store management.
What you'll do
- Ensure that all hubs are fully equipped, staffed, and operationally efficient before launch
- Oversee the design and layout of Hub to optimize product flow, picking, and packing processes
- Take full ownership of the P&L for hub, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability
- Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Work closely with the finance team to track and report on operational expenses, revenue, and key financial metrics
