Draft and issue notices under Section 138 NI Act. Collate & Maintain evidence and support Finance, Collections and Business Teams. Represent the Company before Courts, Tribunals, Government Departments as authorized.

- Draft and issue notices under Section 138 NI Act
- Prepare and file petitions, applications, affidavits, pleadings and legal submissions
- Attend hearings and coordinate with advocates; ensure compliance with court directions
- File and track online Police Verification applications and support license renewals
