What you'll do
- 🔹 Technical Recruitment (Primary Focus – 80%)
- Own end-to-end recruitment for all tech roles including Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product, and Data etc
- Build sourcing strategies using job portals, networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives
- Conduct detailed screening and evaluations to ensure top-quality talent pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, interview plans, and feedback loops
