About the role
Experience working on PLC-operated machines. Fast and accurate 2D drafting skills in AutoCAD. Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Clear knowledge of engineering drawings, including proper dimensioning, limits, fits, and tolerances. Experience making General Arrangement (GA) drawings, machine layout drawings, and full assembly drawings with BOMs.
What you'll do
- Create and deliver new GA drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings, and BOMs on time with zero mistakes
- Update and correct drawings based on feedback from the Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and Planning teams
- Update corresponding BOM changes in the ERP system to keep records accurate
- Create "As-Built" drawings after machines are manufactured to reflect any workshop modifications
- Provide technical support and assist the Sales, QA, Production, and Planning departments whenever they need design inputs
