About the role
Study the inquiry received from sales partners. Provide solutions with the help of the GAD team. After approval of solutions, prepare techno-commercial offer. Coordinate with sales partners related to project orders status After receipt of the signed order, prepare the final drawing according to the customer's requirements and send for approval.
What you'll do
- Provide solutions with the help of the GAD team
- Coordinate with sales partners related to project orders status
- Prepare SO for manufacturing
- Update CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, or Excel-based systems) with leads, opportunities, and customer details
- Follow up with the design team for articles codes/BOM
