- Work with recruitment team in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for various business units
- Source talent from various sourcing channels i.e. career website, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies etc
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain & uphold process and data integrity
