- Ensure smooth flow of engagement between the client and the expert throughout the Onboarding and Execution process
- Take ownership of receivables from the client and ensure timely payment to the Experts
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with both Client and the Expert
- Ensuring proactive communication and timely response
