What you'll do
- Participate in peer reviews to other Projects and shares the feedback to the Practice Lead / Practice Head / relevant Project Manager and identify the approach for any…
- Follow-up with the respective Project colleague and ensure that the feedbacks / observations / recommendations are incorporated and monitored
- Active Participation in all Practice activities particularly focusing on POC build, Knowledge Management (KM) activities, re-usable build to achieve Practice objectives
- Support Practice Lead / Practice Head on the strategy activities including participation of recruitment drive
- Responsible in transforming the Consultants to be the most talented pool by actively coaching, mentoring, role model etc
