What you'll do
- Serves as a member of Support team to assist troubleshoot application issues and fix the incident
- Perform triage and escalate incidents as required (Application/Security/3rd Party etc)
- Create RCA report and share with stakeholders,implement measure to mitigate the recurrence of all such incidents in future
- Assist implementation of automated remediation where possible, leveraging event triggers/automation (IAC/PAC etc.)
- Implement best practices for instrumentation of services/technology stack being used in the environment, ;amp;amp;amp; continuous update as the applicable
