About the role
As an Informatica MDM Senior Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing advanced technical support and expertise for our Informatica MDM solutions. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the MDM system, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional support services.
What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Informatica MDM and related technologies
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and system errors
- Provide in-depth technical guidance to junior support engineers
- Manage and prioritize support incidents and service requests
- Track, document, and report on issue resolution progress
