About the role

What you'll do
- Application Deployment and Configuration: Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Office 365 applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word
- Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation to educate users on the features, functionalities
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of Office 365 applications, analyze usage patterns
