About the role
SAP SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. with a deep understanding of business processes. Responsible for taking ownership and driving functional and technical changes and maintaining the system.
What you'll do
- Requirements Analysis & Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather HR and business requirements
- Analyze existing processes and system configuration, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules according to business requirements
- Develop and implement custom solutions when needed
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of SuccessFactors solutions. Troubleshoot issues
